Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone can help me ?? I many posts in reference to installing OS x 10.6.3 on a Dell Latitude D620 I currently own one as well With the following configuration: Core2Duo T7200 2.0GHZ intel on board graphics Broadcom wireless B/G Dual Layer -/+ DVD burner 160 gig 7200rpm hard drive (not dual booting just for Snow Leopard OS)

I also have the retail version of Snow Leopard 10.6.3

Can you please let me know what I have to do to get this installed on the D620

and update it to 10.6.6 or the most current update without any problems ??

What tools do I need ?? can someone map out the steps you used for me ??

I am mainly a PC person NOW however i want to see and learn the MAC side as well !!!!!!

Well here is the thing. I have a a D420, a sub with about the same specs. Snow Leopard was much more unstable for me, especially with the GMA 950 used in both. I was using a Boot 132 with a retail copy. I found that iPC slipstreamed offered a great stable platform for running OSx Leopard, and was very fast. I also had a D620 and it only ran Leopard.
