zwiks
Hello everyone. First of all, i have successfully installed snow leopard (iATKOS s3 v2, now upgraded to 10.6.7) on my acer travelmate 2490. Specs: Mobile Intel Celeron M 420, 1600 MHz Mobile Intel® 945GM Express Chipset Family 2GB 443 MHz DDR2 SDRAM Realtek ALC883 @ Intel 82801GBM ICH7-M - High Definition Audio Controller Everything was working perfectly, until i installed Apple iLife, and opened GarageBand. Suddenly my internal mic activated, and started sound in my internal speakers. I have VoodooHDA installed, it came along with the iATKOS DVD. So my question to you is; how do i turn off that irritating microphone, making noise through my speakers ? Thanks in advanced.. zwiks Denmark, Europe Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/259918-how-do-i-mute-the-int-mic-tried-everything/ Share on other sites
ifrit05
Try to mute your mic in Audio MIDI Setup.app (in utilities). Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/259918-how-do-i-mute-the-int-mic-tried-everything/#findComment-1701501 Share on other sites
