Terrible Graphics Performance on Fresh Install

Hey all,

 

For some odd reason, various UI animations (i.e., exposé, quicklook, etc) on my Hackintosh running 10.6.7 suddenly started going frustratingly slow one day. As far as I remember, I haven't made any changes to my hardware configuration, and in a futile attempt to resolve this issue I reformatted my hard drive and started with a fresh install of Snow Leopard, but the issue is still around even after reformatting.

 

Here's my configuration

Intel DX58SO

NVidia GeForce 9800GTX+ (running with GraphicsEnabler)

OCZ Agility 2 SSD (120 GB)

Fresh install of 10.6.7 with Chameleon 2.0 RC5, [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] 3.0.4.
