regal8r
hi everyone, im trying to install iatkos s3v2 on my core2duo desktop (e6320, intel 965 board, 8500gs, 4gb, 250gb). after finally getting it to boot to the cd, it hangs at the grey apple screen with the spinning wheel. hd shows activity as well as the cd drive but nothing is happening. what gives? burned another copy and now at the mac os x installation screen, will post back with more questions probably lol Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/258291-install-of-iatkos-s3v2-hanging-on-apple-screen/ Share on other sites
Gringo Vermelho
Boot with -v to see error messages. "it hangs at the grey apple screen" is completely useless for troubleshooting purposes. Booting with -v will also show an eventual kernel panic instead of just telling you "to restart your computer in 5 languages".
