jianh
Do you have VT-X enabled in your BIOS and does your CPU support it? What is VT-X and how do I check if my CPU supports it? Btw, I'm using Core i7, does it support? All I know is that it has SSE SSE2 SSE3 thing... Im sorry but I'm still quite new regarding installing Hackintosh and Virtual Machine. ifrit05
Download and install cpu-z. Run it and take a picture of the main window. (CPU info/details list.) To understand what VT-x is, read this page on Wikipedia about VT-x/AMD-V. ifrit05
Ok, so it does support VT-x. Go into your BIOS and see if it's disabled somewhere. harrypotterfan999
I am not very sure if you can run Mac OS virtually with just 2 GB of RAM. Have you asked anybody about that? I am running Snow Leopard using VMWare on Windows 7, with 4GB DDR2 RAM and it feels slow.
