Hello everyone,

i hope that someone could help me with this.

I've added the following lines to my com.apple.Boot.plist:

<key>Default Partition</key>

<string>hd(0,2)</string>

<key>Timeout</key>

<string>5</string>

But neither the default boot nor the timeout works...

At the Chameleon boot menu the bar (indicating the timeout) runs down, but it takes about 30 seconds.

Furthermore the system doesn't boot automatically, which means that you still have to press a button...

I hope that someone has a solution and I would really appreciate your help!

Regards Matze

Here you go:

<key>Theme</key>

<string>Default</string>

<key>Kernel</key>

<string>mach_kernel</string>

<key>Kernel Flags</key>

<string></string>

<key>GeneratePStates</key>

<string>Yes</string>

<key>GenerateCStates</key>

<string>Yes</string>

<key>Default Partition</key>

<string>hd(0,2)</string>

<key>Timeout</key>

<string>5</string>

<key>device-properties</key>

<string>...</string>

Ok, I'll try that. (currently I'm using Chameleon 2 RC5 r828)

And I don't think that the problem has something to do with the theme, because I'm using it on my notebook as well without any issues. (and Default boot + Timeouts works on the notebook)

UPDATE:

I've now installed Chameleon 2 RC5 r899 (the newest release I've found), but still the same issues...

And I can't see where the problem is.
