barbibulle
Hi all, I recently installed OSX on my computer (specs in sig) by following this topic (using iatkos s3 v2). My 10.6.3 system is working fine but I want to upgrade to 10.6.7. Before upgrading I did a copy carbone (carbone copy cloner) of my install. If my upgrade fails (happened numerous times until now), how to restore the copy from my os_backup partition to my os_main partition ? Is it possible to define which partition to boot at startup and restore the copy to the main partition ? any advice is welcome. thanks in advance
FakeSteez
I believe you just pop in your installation CD and when it asks you if you're migrating from an older Mac to a newer mac, say yes and point the installation to the clone.
