[NEEDED] Sound and Jumpy mouse Fix for GA-P67A-UD7-B3

Hello, looking for a few fixes for my GA-P67A-UD7-B3

 

I am putting together a very thorough Vanilla Install guide for the UD7 and need to finalize a couple of issues.

 

-Cannot find the right ALC889 sound fix

-Mouse is a bit Jumpy and laggy sporadically

-USB3.0 (if possible yet)

Nobody seems to have quite gotten any guides right for this board I have a i72600K and here is what I have done for a stable install m.

 

 

Run Bios utility

 

Set all IDE ports to AHCI, HPET to 64Bit, CPU multiplier to 32x, Enable TurboBoost and set it to your desired overclock level (mines 46, I have an aftermarket cooler) Mem multiplier to whatever freq yours runs at.

 

 

1. Download [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] Legacy 3.0, [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] 3.5 and Bridgehelper 2.1 from Tonymacx86.com

 

2. Download Combo update 10.6.7

 

3. Download DSDT Auto-Patcher from this forum

 

4. Boot From [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] CD - At Chimera Boot Screen swap over to OSX install disk, press F5 and then run installer.

 

5. Install OSX

 

6. Reboot with [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] CD - Choose OSX install

 

7. Run ComboUpdate (DO NOT RESTART)

 

8. Run Bridgehelper (DO NOT RESTART)

 

9. Run DSDT Auto Patcher

 

10. Run [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] and follow my boxes ticked.

 

 

Reboot and you should have a fully working system - Restart, Shutdown, Sleep, USB3, Nvidia GFX

 

Also installed are the new FakeSMC SMC_util2.zip (SandyBridge Compatible)

IntelThermal and SuperIOFamily SMCExtras.zip (All Temp Reporting) and AppleAHCIPort AppleAHCIPort.kext.zip (6GB/S SATA)

 

No Kernel flags are required
