To boot from the hard drive rather than the cd, boot files must be put on the drive.

Chameleon has three files, boot0 is the file written to the MBR. It will overwrite the Windows bootloader. Other OS are booted from the Chameleon boot menu if all goes well. The other two files are boot and boot1h. Here are instructions for how to do a manual install if you decide to go this way.

Chameleon-2.0-RC2-r640-bin is the filename in the example. There is a newer version, RC5 r750 you can use instead.

You can also try free Easybcd for Windows and Add OS X to its boot menu.

There is also a (Google it) free Windows 7 x64 Repair disk.iso that you can use to restore Windows 7 to the MBR. The command is, bootsec.exe /fixmbr ... If you are going to start over and remove iatkos, my way would be to download the free Gparted boot cd and delete the partition. It will also let you recreate the partition and you can format it with hfs+ and it creates the 200mb hidden EFI partition.
