It might just be a configuration issue, but as you can see I dont have the knowledge to fix it. Might as well buy something to fix it. Will the ATI card fix my problem out of the box or how can I fix it with the 9500? It's full of other people who has the same hardware as you, they will know what to do. I don't know anything about ATI video cards or Sandy Bridge based PCs, I'm backing out because in trying to help you I could well make your situation worse. Good luck.
