Concha Posted April 19, 2011 Share Posted April 19, 2011 I'm attempting to install Leopard on an Acer Aspire 3610 with an Intel 915 GPU and it's proving to be a real nightmare. In order to even get the installer to run I had to connect an external display, but that was just the first of my problems. Every time I attempt to boot, I'm met with a blank blue screen that never clears. If I boot with the external display connected, I'll be met with a black screen and the monitor will just shut itself off. I've tried clearing the boot caches and trying different settings with the "Graphics Mode" boot hook but nothing works. I've read about problems with this particular chipset but most of them are from the Tiger era. Can anyone help me? =( Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
