Mholtz2323
Hi, I know there are many posts about this topic, however, my problem might be a bit unique. I have a dell xps 410/9200 and i have 2 options to choose from in BIOS. raid autodetect/ata or raid on. None of these options work with snow leopard 10.6.3. (although i found out it works with 10.6.0) I want to first try enabling AHCI. Since I don't have 2 hard drives, I have no RAID Cofiguration utility screen that pops up when starting the computer. So, I was wondering if there is another way? Maybe using the "Intel Matrix storage utlity?" If so, I am not sure how to use it or if i need to burn it to a disc or what? I downloaded the Matrix storage utility, but not sure what to do with these files. Not sure if this would even work. Thanks for your help Mike Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/254805-dell-xps-410-help-enabling-ahci/ Share on other sites
