I have a PNY GTX460 and have found it to be problematic on Gigabyte P55M-UD2 which is solid otherwise. My GTX460 will run on X58 motherboards (Gigabyte EX58-UD35 and MSI X58M) without problems. If all that I had was the P55 machine, I would be very unhappy with the GTX460. I assume that you have seen this guide here on the forum.
