Currently about to put together a system for myself after putting together a couple for friends. i put 8400gs cards in theirs, but plan on using a 4870 in mine. ive had a look around the net, and alot of the info seems dated from around '09, and what with the latest MBP drivers in 10.6.7, i was wondering what the latest, and 'easiest' for lack of a better word, method of getting a 4870 up and running in theory, or is the setup the same as it was 2 years ago? thanks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/253781-lastest-method-for-enabling-4870/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
iBdb Posted April 1, 2011 Share Posted April 1, 2011 Hi samisnake, 4870 has not been easy since about 10.6.3. You need to search better the ATI topics (sorry haven't got links handy).
