Hey all,

First post on here, I need a mac to set up a LightSpeed POS system, and I will be buying one at the end of the month when the job starts, however I'd like to run a test setup in the mean time. I'm about to convert my Dell XPS M1210 to Snow Leopard 10.6.3 and in the interest of keeping things as legit as possible I bought a copy today.

It was $29.99 which leads me to believe it's probably only an update from Leopard, but I can't find anything that seems like a full install on the Apple store website.

Also, in the case of my laptop would it be better for me to use empire efi or nawcom boot?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
