Chertz
Hello, as most of you can probably tell I'm new at this, so I need a little help. So far I have formatted a FAT32 partition to Mac Os Extended (Journaled) using disk utility, then I install. About 80% through installation I get the error saying that it had problems locating Asainlanguages and it asks me to restart. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Dellmantt
What are your hardware specifications? Kalyway is a very old Distro ! It is always better IMO to do a minimal install, no extra languages, printers etc.

IMO best install method is to use Snow Leopard retail DVD and a boot CD or if you have access to a Mac or Hack, the myhack type install. Look at this http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=221653 for instance. Sure there are more guides http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=en&...mp;aql=&oq=
Gringo Vermelho
Snow Leopard retail DVD + appropriate Boot CD. Try different ones, use a CD-RW so you don't waste a ton of CDs. AFAIK, Core i3 CPUs were not supported until 10.6.3.
