fluffy69 Posted August 20, 2006 Share Posted August 20, 2006 hello to everyone, a friend of mine offered me to sell me his old pentium4 prescott cpu with 3Ghz for 40€. i would like to build a osx86 system around it. in that system i would like to use my old agp grahics card and my old ddr ram. so i am looking for a mainboard with sound and lan onboard, that supports my old ram an graphics card AND has a decent degree of compatibility with the ox86. do you have any suggestions? thanks for reading and for helping. asapreta Posted August 21, 2006 Share Posted August 21, 2006 I had a P4P800 and worked fine, except LAN that I used a cheap Realtek card. I had in that time a 9600XT card, QE & CI Out of the Box.
