.macAddict
I burned 10.4.4 to a DVD but it wont boot. Daemon Tools recogizes the files on it and whatnot, so I beleive the image is ok. I know Im probably missing something very simple here... I put it in my disc drive and restart the computer, right? Then shouldnt it say "boot from disc"? Thanks in advance. Elv13
How did you burn it? Is Boot from CD is before boot from hard drive in Bios? Why did you burn 10.4.4 and not newer version? .macAddict
Burned it via Toast at 1x as an image file. (Yes, I already have a mac.) Yes, boot from cd is first. Ive had this iso for a while... figured id give it a shot for the fun of it. If things check out ok, Ill worry about getting a newer version. ѕӎѳѳ₮ңӌ
Id try and reburn it using disk utilty and dont let it verify the burn just click skip. I had this problem, first with toast so i used disk utility, it also had this problem. I thought to myself ill try one last time, i was in a rush so i skipped the verification and it worked a treat. Wasnt a fluke either i tried it again both ways same result.
