kc2013 Posted August 19, 2006 Share Posted August 19, 2006 All, I'm looking at picking up a Gigabyte GA-965P-DQ6 board for my E6600 and although this is a great board in PC land it has some shortcomings when looking at OsX. Namely the lack of native support for PATA due to it not being supported in the Southbridge. So my question is has anyone had any luck booting the DVD via USB2 and installing (to a SATA drive) with a 965P board? Thanks all!
