Hi,

i can't boot my retail Mac OS X 10.6 Disc on my ASUS F6S Notebook. I've checked the option AHCI at BIOS but i can't find that option!

When i boot with ##### (newest one) i get a screen which says, that i have to reboot the computer. Then i have tried it with the Legacy one and get a Kernel Panic!

How can i get it work?

Okay i,ve tested it, but i get a kernel panic....

What is with the AHCI Option? I don't have it in my BIOS ... i have a SATA HDD in my Notebook but the option is not available.

Is there another boot disc i can test?

//Edit: I've tested Empire EFI BootCD ... with this one i can access the Mac OS X Installer. My HDD and DVD-Rom ist listed... i give it a try...

Sorry for my bad english :)
