chopinko Posted March 6, 2011 Share Posted March 6, 2011 Hey guys, after trying to install iAtkos S3 - and of course - no success with that one.. dear klauss advised me to try the [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] method with original retail Snow Leopard DVD. I've tried to install it on an external USB drive. So, i booted [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url], then inseret the retail DVD of snow leopard 10.6.3. Then, the installation appeared - of course i've reformated the external HD to Journaled format, then installed it and restarted. until now- everything was as expected. then, I've inserted again the [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] cd and booted chamilion again - then - the icon of snow leopard should have appearing - but nothing there, except [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] option again. I'm starting be frustrated ..... :\ hope somebody could help..... 10x alot. InsideMac Posted March 6, 2011 Share Posted March 6, 2011 Looks like [url="http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/279450-why-insanelymac-does-not-support-tonymacx86/"]#####[/url] can't see your Hard Drive you could try forcing the boot with these parameters rd=disk(Drive Numberhere)s(Partition Number here) Just try all the different numbers one of them may work.
