I am having trouble installing Mac OS X Hazard 10.6 on my HP nc6220,

I have iDeneb 10.5.8 running perfectly but obviously I would like the latest version of OSX which is 10.6.6 (I Know about OS X Lion)

Whenever I install 10.6 I boot into the HD with "-V" and then it lists a VERY SMALL lines of boot and after PAE Enabled I get a kernel panic

This also occurs on iATKOS S3 V2 so I have no idea what to do.

Here is my iDeneb System Profiler Info.

I've tried Snow Leopard on the NC6000 series... it wont load.

Do you know why because I'm prepared to spend A LOT of time on this, Since 10.7 is going to be released soon, 10.5 will be sent out of the compatibility clockworks, I dont want to be left in the dark ages like Windows XP
