Geesu
As the topic says, my laptop just reboots forever... It's a Dell Inspiron 5150. Anyone have any ideas? It prints out a bunch of "garbage" - like HFS + and then some directories for a long time, then it reboots. Thanks, Josh Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/24960-reboots-infinitely-after-osx-1046-install/ Share on other sites
Rammjet
Right before clicking the Install button, you must first click the Customize button and select packages for your computer. Geesu
I did do that, and I selected all of them (I read somewhere you can select all and it should just work?) I'll go back through and just select that one that matches my processor to see what happens. Thanks!! argonzero
I had the same problem with my 8600, I'll try choosing only SSE2 or SSE3. How can I fix this problem if I installed MAC OSX 10.4.6 already with the select both SSE2 and SSE3??? (my computer support all SSE2 and SSE3) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/24960-reboots-infinitely-after-osx-1046-install/#findComment-173401 Share on other sites
Geesu
i'm pretty sure you're going to have to reinstall it... Did you find out which your CPU supports by using cpu-z?
