Patrickxkillu Posted August 16, 2006 Share Posted August 16, 2006 Hi i recently had to reinstall os x because i screwed up my video and since i didn't have anything in it i thought i would just erase the partition and reinstall but when i boot up the dvd it doesn't even read from it and after about 10 minutes it shows the little icon of the circle w/ the slash through it. i tried using partition magic in windows to secure erase the drive but it still does it anyone have this happen to them or know what to do?
