kevintroy Posted February 14, 2011 Share Posted February 14, 2011 I have installed snow leopard before on my system (Acer Aspire 5738z) and I had a problem where sometimes it would take up to 6/7 reboots for the system to load past the grey apple screen. I have a indicator for when my hard drive is running on my system and when it loads the indicator will constantly flash, but when it doesnt load the indicator doesnt go off, so im presuming its something wrong with the loader? :S has anybody experienced this problem before? it is happening now as I am trying to run the CD, it will load past the CD countdown part and then go to grey apple screen and nothing happens, it takes up to 6 restarts for it to actually start the spinning wheel :Sas far as I know it can't be a faulty download as the problem happens even after installing and just trying to boot. any help?
