Hello all,

I am mentioning though that I did search the forum and found a thread regarding DSDT for this Motherboard but since the Forum is preventing me from replying in that certain topic, I created this one.

My PC Specs are: P43-ES3G , F14, Rev 1.0; Core 2 Quad Q8300 2.5Ghz; 6GB Ram; a few SATA and USB HDD's; nVidia 9800GT 512MB;

I've tried to manually modify my own DSDT. Graphics using it work, I'm not sure about the rest. The problems I'm having though are: I can't see the CPU Temps in iStat, and the Kernel Panics in 1-2 minutes after resuming from Sleep. I've also noticed a small random spike from time to time in the mouse cursor, it blocks or jumps a little sometimes (not sure if it's related to the disabler.kext which I deleted from the extensions folder).

This is the modified DSDT I'm currently using: http://www.sendspace.com/file/01tb4q

This is the motherboard's unmodified DSDT got using Ubuntu: http://www.sendspace.com/file/rc0phw

I'm using Chameleon RC5, and the following Extensions: FakeSMC, LegacyHDA and ALC8xxHDA;

Thanks. ;)

I noticed that your motherboard is represented in MaLd0n's list of supported motherboards.

This is where to get MaLd0n's DSDT Auto-Patcher and ideas which as I understand it, will

take your unmodified DSDT you obtained from Ubuntu, and fix it up rather optimally. There

is also a audio HDEF fixer just for GA mobos which changes the ALCxxx just in case there

has been a change between revisions, but you may not need it.
