Hi,

I am a complete newbe and have installed on my Sony Vaio VGN-FW140E the following:

Windows 7

iPC Mac Leopard 10.5.6.

My Laptop's spec are:

Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 2.26GHz

3GB RAM

HD 250GB - 5400rpm - Serial ATA

Sound System: Dolby Sound Room® Audio

Mobile Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD with Intel® Clear Video, Technology

Total Available Graphics Memory: 1340MB (max.), Chipset: Mobile Intel® GM45 Express Chipset

Interface: HDMI™ and VGA out with Smart Display Sensor

Ethernet Protocol: 10Base-T/100Base-TX/1000Base-T

Wireless LAN: Intel® WiFi Link 5100AGN (802.11a/b/g/n)

Bluetooth® Technology: Integrated Stereo A2DP Bluetooth® Technology

I followed instructions from another online site and managed to get both O/Ss working.

The Problem that I am facing is the following:

1. The Graphics looks very lo-res. Don't know how to update the graphics driver, what driver I will need and where to get it from.

2. The Sound does not work. Don't know how to update the graphics driver, what driver I will need and where to get it from.

3. The LAN/Network is not working. Don't know how to update the graphics driver, what driver I will need and where to get it from.

4. The WIFI is not working. Don't know how to update the graphics driver, what driver I will need and where to get it from.

I will greatly appreciate any help in trying to get the above to work?

I am completely new to the MAC OS and since I can't connect to the internet when I am in the MAC OS, I am not having much luck to get my laptop on either the WIFI or LAN.

Thank you in advance,

E
