se ve que a algunos no les gusta nada tener esta aplicación instalada, en muchos foros la consideran un "troyano" jeje.

App Store Remover & Restorer v1.0 Revision 2 Kit

 

This kit contains an installer to remove the App Store and it's support files. This kit also contains an App Store restoration installer to put things back. The restorer is fully contained just in case the files are needed for anyone else experiementing or doing the removals manually.

 

If you want to remove the App Store (Version 1.0 only) and it's support files:

1. Use the App Store Remover.pkg remove the App Store

2. Reboot

 

If you choose to restore the App Store:

1. Run the App Store v1.0 Restorer.pkg to restore it back

2. Reboot

 

Revision 2 changes:

New instructions and installers were made to try and avoid any potential problems.

 

App Store Remover.pkg:

Combined the previous AppleScript and the missing files installer into one as suggested

Installer checks for 10.6.6 as the OS being used

Installer checks to make sure the App Store.app is in the /Applications folder

Installer checks to make the CommerceKit.framework is in /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/CommerceKit.framework

Installer will only allow an install onto the volume you started on and no other volumes are selectable

 

App Store v1.0 Restorer.pkg:

Installer checks that 10.6.6 is installed on the volume

Installer checks to make sure the App Store.app is not installed in the /Applications folder

Installer checks to make sure the CommerceKit.framework is not installed in the /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks folder

Installer is allowed to select different volumes in case a restore needs to be done from another volume
