YournForMac93
I've just build my new pc with a direct intention of running Mac OSX, intel core i3 540 3.06 ghz Gigabyte H55M-S2 motherboard Sapphire Radeon HD 4670 graphics with 1gb ddr3 (vga, dvi, hdmi) Im using the vga to my monitor My problem is that I get through the boot loader (tonymac #####) and then insert my disc, it loads and then the apple screen comes up with the logo and the little scroll bar. After a few seconds it looks as if it's about to go onto the install menu but instead the screen just says 'no signal' and then turns off! The computer itself doesn't turn off though, i click my mouse and it seems like it's still doing something. I think it might be the graphics card or the fact im using vga? Please help, been waiting for ages to do this and i'm a bit impatient
dothacker
or it could be your monitor is in really high resolution. try doing a factory reset on your monitor and try again.
