Hi

I wonder if anyone knows if Apple allows you to communicate with the TPM on their hardware? I have no experience with Apple hardware so I must admit I don't even know if there is a TPM chip on the consumer Intel Macs. So if I'm incorrect in believing that there is such a chip then please tell me.

On Linux I use Trousers+openssl to sign/encrypt my data, and it works very nicely.

There certainly are TPM are Intel Macs.

I don't now if anyone has released a TPM API for OS X yet. But you can communicate through the AppleTPM.kext (kernel extention).
