ZaneKaminski
Hi, everyone. I'm wondering who would tell me where I can get a kext for my nForce onboard ethernet, if such a thing is available (do I have to buy a PCI one?). I'm running on 10.6.3 if that's relevant. Thanks! It is a big issue for nforce ethernet. It will not work or drop frequently.I suggest you to buy an USB networking port or go for wireless USB dongle.I have both rtl8139 chipset and it will not work.So i bought netgear USB wireless and it works good. It all depends on what your onboard LAN chipset is........ Options are eno's nForceLAN kext, or R1000 kext, or a chipset-specific kext, or a PCI NIC with the RTL8169 chipset, or a USB Ethernet adapter.........
