kevingpo
I just successfully got MAC OS X x86 natively installed on my hard disk. However when I boot up, my keyboard doesn't work. No text is input/displayed on the set up screen for personal information. Help. My keyboard is a genuine Microsoft keyboard. Try using the same type of kb and mouse. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> My mouse is USB and that works. My keyboard is PS2. I could try to fetch my PS2 mouse from cupboard. So you saying disable native usb support. will this affect usb ? domino
So you saying disable native usb support. will this affect usb ? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Disabling native support, meaning you will not be able to operate the usb device while you are in dos or you will not be able to choose what OS you want to boot into (if dual booting) since the usb device does not work "natively". Once you enter the OS, it will take care of the USB devise allowing you to work with it. Some people have successfully been able to run both usb mouse and kb and mixed matched. But in your case, you have to to see where the problem actually is and through process of elimination, find out which configuration works the best for you. kevingpo
Just to confirm I'm using the logitech keyboard+mouse(wireless). Will it work in an nforce4 chipset? Thanks Wow, I thought this website got shutdown? Anyway, I don't use OSX86 anymore coz I couldn't get very much support for my PC. No sound, no networking. No internet. Linux rulez & Win32 too! When I upgrade to 10.4.5 neither keyboard or mouse are detected but it worked fine in 10.4.3 any suggestions?
