Stefan16 Posted December 25, 2010 Share Posted December 25, 2010 So, I installed Snow Leopard 10.6.3 on my HP Pavilion dv6345us laptop and everything works fine except a few things: - wireless card (intel 3945bg) - but I don't need it because I use a USB wireless device (TP-Link wn321g) - LAN card intel pro/100 For my graphics card (intel gma 950) I use Natit 32-bit and it works fine but when I connect an external display the screen on the laptop goes blank (something like brown) and nothing works (keyboard, mouse) so I must {censored} it down from the Button. Also my built-in microphone does not work (tested it on skype, MSN). Any help would be appreciated. The graphic card is ok ( a lot of peoples have the same problem), the wireless card isn't compatible and for the ethernet, what is the model? P.S. are you Italian? I'm not gonna get kernel panic after installing this kext right? Drag the kext unzipped into kext utility and put your password, kernel panik is unpossible, if the kext doesn't work you'll won't hear the audio, but re-install the old one is very simple. Try to copy the kext in the desktop, right click and in italian its "mostra contenuto pacchetto" in english I think it's show package contents and open the info.plist, in that file there is "iMix" try to change the value from 30 to 90.
