gknight825
Regardless of whether you have an intel or AMD system just download the latest version of ##### from: tonymacx86.com downloads section run ##### and make sure all boxes are unchecked so nothing gets installed that you do not want (should all be unselected by default) find the kexts tab : graphics : choose the ati 48xxx kext that matches your OSX version under com.apple.boot.plist options: select the enable graphics enabler (it will add line to your current boot.plist file not replace it) (might wanna check your file to see if it has the line that disables graphics enabler before doing this) Hopefully this helps some people out there
TH3L4UGH1NGM4N
this method seems to work for the cards with the dual dvi ports because if you have a mix and match of (hdmi-dvi-viga) or (dvi-display port-vga) then it will only give a signal across the dvi I know this because I've been trying for months with my 4850 to get another port besides the dvi working
Chevelle
I know this because I've been trying for months with my 4850 to get another port besides the dvi working Me too. I got a HD4850 w/Display Port, HDMI and DVI. And I can only get it working on the HDMI, and I have to use a HDMI to DVI cable to my monitor.
