How to mount HD's with fixed mount point?

Hi,

 

i really need help on this one ;

 

i have a multiboot Hack (Asus P5QL Pro) and 1 SSD + 3 HDD on that system.

 

How can i fix mount's (disk number's) to these 3HDD's ?

 

OSX is booting from Disk1 (SSD) and Windows 7 from Disk2, but sometimes rebooting Windows disk mount's as Disk3 and Parallels cant boot Win7 from Boot Camp (without i change it to point to Disk3 first).

 

So, how can i make HDD's mopunt always on same number ?
