Īñ±ęřɯëЬƨz
Hey guys, just wondering which versions of OS X there are that're hacked for 64 bit usage. I'm currently on a HP DV6748us running the default AMD Turion 64 X2 Mobile Technology TL-60 with 2 gigs of ram and a 250 GB hard drive, aswell as the NVIDIA GeForce 7150M / nForce 630M | NVIDIA GeForce 7150M / nForce 630M chipset. Thanks so much for your help!
Alessandro17
To be quite honest, I don't quite understand your question. Do you mean which distribution supports an AMD CPU? Snow Leopard by Hazard in theory does. But I believe you'll find installing OS X on your laptop virtually impossible.
dothacker
he wants to know what OSX supports 64-bit. Answer: Snow Leopard. Now, finding out how to install it on AMD, is not our responsibility. We can guide you, but not tell you what to do. Do the work and use google. Īñ±ęřɯëЬƨz
Thanks for the help dothacker, the question was "Which distributions are there that support AMD Processors" I just couldn't word it right (lol) I'm downloading Hazard 10.6.1's Intel/AMD torrent from their site. I'd like to know which other versions (I'd love a list) of all of the distributions available. Thanks and have a wonderful day guisz
Dellmantt
Actually you don't need a "Distro" at all. See http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=227592
