Cave Man Posted November 27, 2010 Share Posted November 27, 2010 There are two mission paks for Quake I for Mac that I know of: Rogue and Hipnotic. Once you copy these to your Mac hard drive, all you should have to do is drag the Rogue or Hipontic folder onto the GLQuake icon (built by "fruitz of dojo") and it'll launch with that mission.
