Peter R.
Right, I'm on a dsdt system, and installed legacy 889hda. The soundcard shows up nicely with all the connections in the hardware section, but under the loudspeaker icon there's NOTHING. I've tried everything, including voodooHDA, but I just can't get it to work. Does anyone care to explain to a nitwit how to get sound from this box ? Thanks in advance, Peter

But won't ##### overwrite my Chameleon 619 with an older one ?
