Installing wifi card in netbook

Hi!

 

I have a Dell Mini 10v (1011) running OS X and I have installed a Dell 1510 wifi card, so I can use 802.11a/g/n.

In system profiler, the card is shown as a pci ethernet card called "pci14e4,432b".

I used the newest Netbookinstaller, but it won't help, cause I can't turn Airport on.

 

Can you help me?

You might want to try out the mydellmini forums. I am not sure about how to turn it on. But I am 99.9% sure you will find the answer on that forums.

 

 

Have you installed the Kext for the dell 1510 card?

I was told, that I don't have to install any keks.

The system profiler says, that it's useing the "AppleAirportBrcm4311.kext".

The card has a Broadcom BCM94322MC chip.
