Diogo Maciel
First post yay!! New to Osx86 world, tried it a few months ago without success and trying now again...Seems fate doesnt want me to have a hackintosh!! So well, tried other iAtkos versions, but the one that got me closer to it was the s3 one. Always been stuck with other releases on the "using 104xx clusters"whatever msg, but with s3 Ive been able to boot once....on safe mode with -x flag... So well...the error I get all the time with s3 is something like freezing on "USBMSC Identifier (non-unique)" part, then "still waiting for root device" thing. Ok, maybe a usb thingy related error? I dont have anything but keyboard and mouse and HDMI monitor plugged... so well...my specs (or what I know about it): HP p6240br Intel Core 2 Quad G8300 4gb RAM DDR 500 GB SATA Hard Drive ATI Radeon HD 4350 Used to use Windows 7 64x Please help guys... I've been able to log with -x once so I know I can do it... I am probably screewing up during customization... please... I dont wanna give up of it again... Many thanks =))
dothacker
If you formatted your HDD to GUID on S3, try formatting it on MBR and do the same thing you did. Oh, and you dont have to choose the UUID (both of them) in the selection too.

Sorry Im still messing arround with OS interface so I dont know to do pretty much anything... Many thanks!!!
