I recently got a kernel panic, I recall Spotlight saying it was indexing my hard drive. Then when I rebooted I got stuck on the grey apple screen. I installed another hard drive and installed Snow Leopard on it and I could access all the files. I used Disk Master and Disk Utility on the hard drive and nothing worked. I cannot get the thing to work. I am not sure what to do. Below is my configuration for the tower Cool Master ATX Tower /2.66 Ghz Core i7 920 ( Not over clocked, OEM Cooler) Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD3R/ 650 WATT PSU 8GB DDR3 RAM 1333/SATA 500 GB Snow Leopard Drive 10.6.2 (64 Bit Kernel)( Dual Booting via Chameleon) SATA 250GB Windows 7 64 Bit Home Edition Premium Drive / SATA 1TB Time Machine /IDE DVD Writer & Burner 22X/SATA BluRay Burner 8X PNY NVidia GeForce 9800GT 1GB Ram DDR3 (Got Dual displays working and HDMI output)/ 22" inch Westinghouse Monitor DVI *Working as Vanilla as possible. Updated to 10.6.4 and only has to reinstall Audio Kext .
