Storm PCS
You would be the one to know since you copied them. Go to System/Library/Extensions and look for/at them. I didn't copy anything to anyplace. What do I need to copy and where to? I told you I know very little about OSX. Rammjet
I gave you a link to a file to download and another link to some instructions. In those instructions were steps to copy the kext to where it should be (step 5). If I were you, I would start over. Download the file. Operate on it. Copy it to its destination. And perform the other steps necessary. The other possibility is that you may be assuming I know more about OSX than I do. Can you tell me what needs to be where in order for the networking to function? Also, how can I tell if it has worked? Where do you go to configure networking? When I click on the networking icon it only gives me firewire to configure. There is a built-in networking option but it is grayed out. I assume that if I am successful that will no longer be grayed out and I will be able to configure it, correct? I'm about ready to give up on networking since I have a dual-boot with XP that works great wirelessly. It would be cool if I could get the networking to function though. Anyway, thanks for the help with the sound! Cheers! Tim Johnson
There should be no problems with the audio (FOLLOW THE AZALIA INSTRUCTIONS), however I have not been able to get any LAN or Wireless Card (Dell 1390) to work.
