Hi I am one of what appears to be many that want support for the GTX460 but may never get it. I thought I would even pay $10 or so if I could get support for it. Then I thought I wonder how many others would be willing to do the same thing? anyone? Possibly though I doubt we would ever come up with enough for apple to give us the support since they don't like the hackintosh community anyway but who knows maybe if there are enough people we could get it done. and even if not might be fun to see how many people were willing to do it.... I for one would pay $10-$20 if I could get support for this card. anyone else?

Nice idéa but not a realistic one.

Since no proper Fermi drivers have been release and there are no Mac´s with any Nvidia fermi based cards, don´t expect any drivers until Apple release a Mac with Fermi based cards.

My shot would be to get ATI 5770 or 5870 since those are officially supported by Apple on the new Mac Pro´s.

mm; the other fermi cards work: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=214219

The GTX460 is still quite new; that could be why.

They work, yes, but not properly.

The performance on a GTX470 card is barely even better than an old GF8800!

Ok yes, that's of course a problem.

I have experienced that with a GT240, the benchmark being really slow on MacOS.

An other guy had the same results but when switching brand got quite better numbers.

I don't know if it could be related: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=230812
