quake
Every now and then my machine would lockup or freeze after sitting idle for any length of time and would need a forced reboot. So I popped my install disc back in, browsed around and found the sleep enabler package and installed it to my snow volume. Now I have a kernel panic due to the sleep enabler. How can I remove this without being able to login? I fixed this the hard way. I was able to install leopard on my usb stick, booted that and then navigated to my snow install and deleted the bad kext that way.

I installed a bad video kext that caused me to boot to a blank screen. I booted in safe mode which bypassed the bad kext and reinstalled the old kext and fix! I'm still trying to figure out why sound and video are so choppy with the s3 v2. I have hazard installed on another partition and the display is stuck at a low setting but video and audio are better.
