Latitude E6400 + 10.6.3 + Intel GMA 4500 (Native Resolution) Please Help

Please help because I spent already many hours trying to get this working, I tried the patched

 

AppleIntelGMAX3100FB.kext and I get a black screen.

 

I tried Deviato`s method

and it did not work, please advice.

Deviato`s method actually works, screen is now 1280x800x32

But cannot get multiple monitors to work, anyone knows anything to get this fixed?
