Hey!

I'm new around here and noob in os x world... :o

I'm trying to install iAtkos v7 (10.5.7) on my Acer TravelMate 5520G laptop.

Configuration is;

AMD Turion 64x2 Mobile Technology TL-58 (1.9 GHz, 2x512 L2 cache)

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2400 XT

4 GB DDR2

160 GB HD

...

The problem is when instalation starts i'm stuck in grey screen and nothing happens... How can i solve this???

I tried with another versions of OSx, but then the problem is in HDD (i guess)...

After booting and chooseing language, i cant's see HDD because there is nothing to choose where to install... Only DVD is visible...

I have no idea why is this happening... is there anyone who can help me???

cheers

you might have to reformat your HDD to MAC OS (Journaled) mode in order to get the HDD to be recognized...

when you get into the MAC OS X installer, go to Utilities then Disk Utilities if you dont see your hard drive there, then there might be something wrong...
