totoro81
Hi, I wanted to share my experience on this notebook. I finally managed to get a working installation of 10.6.4 on it. This netbook has an Intel Core Duo processor and a NVidia GeForce Go 7300 video card. This is how I did: I used Snow Hazard selecting these options: - Mac OS X 10.6.2 Update Combo - Chameleon RC3 PCEFI 10.3 - NO Kernel: I used the Vanilla Kernel (initially I tried with Legacy Kernel but it gave me a KP) - AppleAzaliaAudio - RTL8169 Ethernet - VoodooBattery - VoodooPS2Trackpad - JMicronATA Injector - LegacyAppleIntelPIIXATA Fixed - IOATAFamily Fix Then I replaced SleepEnabler kext using this one http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=196466 and installed 10.6.4 combo update. Everything worked fine. To get trackpad preference pane, I followed this guide http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=142466 (the part that explains how to remove the vendorid key) To get full video resolution, QE and CI on this NVidia Geforce 7300 Go, I used SkyZ's hex string at http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...st&p=919436 I made all the updates from Software Update with no problems. - Audio is working - Ethernet is working - Video is working, with full QE and CI - Bluetooth is working still, webcam is NOT working (it has a Syntek webcam and I could not find any driver) and Wi-fi is not working (Intel 3945 card, old story...) I will try to get sleep working (it seems sleep initially works but then I cannot wake it up) There's also a little problem with my keyboard (a key does not respond), but I guess it's because it is an Italian keyboard and now I'll try to resolve it with some other kext Hope this helps!
