sstyle
I use Things, iFinance and try to sync it with my iPhone 4 (and 3GS before). I have MacBook Pro MC374 with Mac OS 10.6.4 and everything ok. All apps see iPhone and sync without problem. But my Hackintosh with 10.6.4 doesn`t see iPhone at all (by Wi-Fi of course). Things, iFinance, iTunes doesnt see it. All devices connect to Linksys WRT160NL. iMac by cable, iPhone and MacBook by wi-fi. I try to use Bonjour Browser and there is no one of this apps (( Then I find my USB-drive with clean 10.6.4 and same problem. Then I create new partition on HDD and install 10.6 on it. Everything is ok, Things list iphone in settings. Then I update OS to 10.6.4 and everythings is Ok. All firewalls turn off, all device in same network and subnet 192.168.1.x ps. sorry for my bad English =( Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/234128-mac-os-apps-doesnt-see-iphone/ Share on other sites
mazzer
Definitely a Bonjour problem. When this happened to me I was able to fix it with a better dsdt and kext package targeted for my motherboard.
