Phatal
I'm planning to build a new desktop and will invest around $2,500 into the parts. I would love to boot windows 7 and snow leopard on 2 different SSD drives. Can someone help me with the parts I should buy like the motherboard, ram etc.
CasesDirect
I'd recommend at least 8GB of ram and depending how much HD you need on each machine I would use 2 250GB hard drives

Dellmantt
Wow. How many times has this question been asked in the last month/year? As this search will show. http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...e=%2Bwhat+parts Read the answers in the search link and check the WIKI here http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page Re SSD drives- While everyone should have a good back up strategy, may be vitally important with these drives. Check this re reliability http://serverfault.com/questions/14189/rel...y-of-ssd-drives
Phatal
I looked through the list but didn't see the ones I wanted there. I was wondering if these would work: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16813128423 or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...1-658-_-Product BTW about the SSD, they are just for the OS and apps. I'll be getting four 1TB-2TB raid 10 for backups and storage.

That where you need to do a bit of the work yourself, you do a search like this http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=en&...q=&gs_rfai= You find more info From what I read on this forum Gigabyte boards are more compatible. And as far as I know USB 3 is not usable, the ports will be seen as USB 2(I think)
