luckman212 Posted October 1, 2010 Share Posted October 1, 2010 hi guys, anyone know if theres a way to shut off those nagging messages in the yellow box bugging me to upgrade my tools (i cant -- fusion 3.1.1 is the latest afaik) host is Workstation 7.1.2 build-301548 on win7 x64, guest is OSX 10.6.4 even though I click that button, it ignores me and still comes back every time might there be some switch i can put in the .vmx to disable this annoyance? I set VMware Tools under Virtual Machine Settings > Options to Manual, this should stop the reminder, to set the default action go to Edit > Preferences > Updates.
